Kate Laufer Gorenstein, Founder and President of KLG Public Relations, is an award-winning Marketing Communications Executive with 20 years of experience in Lifestyle, Hospitality, Wine and Spirits PR.
Known for her innovative approach, KLG has established a reputation as a trailblazer in the world of Public Relations by consistently creating and executing successful brand strategies and comprehensive plans. One of her key strengths and differentiating qualities is leveraging her extensive decade of in-house experience to drive sales through the influence of PR.
KLG founded her agency in 2016 and quickly earned the privilege of representing industry darlings such as Woodford Reserve, Fernet-Branca and Cutwater Canned Cocktails. She is also credited with launching top celebrity-owned wine and spirits brands including Casamigos Tequila by George Clooney, Avaline Wine by Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power, Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey by Conor McGregor and Hampton Water by Jon Bon Jovi.
Prior to KLG PR, KLG spent seven years at Sidney Frank Importing Company, where she was the youngest Vice President in the company’s history. There, she led all communications as well as trade strategy and product placement in film and television. She also served as Head of North American PR on behalf of Beam Suntory, the 4th largest spirits company in the world, at just 26 years of age.
